Time commitment:   14-25 hrs/week

Compensation:         Course credit available; $30 travel stipend per week


Brief description of duties:

  • Assist in ensuring that pages on the company website are updated and accurate
  • Assist in the creation and execution of email marketing campaigns
  • Conduct best practice research to identify opportunities for email marketing campaigns
  • Identify, initiate, and execute promotional opportunities
  • Work with Digital team to optimize SEO on website
  • Assist other members of the marketing team as assigned
Skills & Qualifications: 

Required skills:

  • Pursuing undergraduate studies in marketing, web development, IT, or related field
  • Computer literacy is required, with an emphasis in HTML, CMS, SEO,Adobe Creative Cloud, and Google Drive
  • Knowledge of Tessitura or other CRM, ActiveCampaign or other email platform, and Bootstrap is preferred
  • Must be a self-starter, detail oriented, have excellent organizational and problem-solving skills  
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Interest in opera or the arts is preferred
